Clients can reschedule their appointment once, up to 72 hours in advance, with no charge. Rescheduling requests must be sent via email to sterling@sterlingmoontarot.com.
Cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 100% - Thank you for respecting our schedules.
Sterling does not reschedule or provide refunds for missed appointments.
Sterling considers a client to have missed their appointment after 15 minutes.
In the event that Sterling needs to cancel, you will be provided the option of a full refund or rescheduling.
